Who We're Looking For
Web Developer
- B.S. In Computer Science or other quantitative field
- 2+ years experience with Ruby, PHP (C, C++, Perl, Python are cool too)
- Strong knowledge of: JS, CSS, AJAX
- OO programming experience. Knowledge of ORM, ActiveRecord
- Solid foundation with MySQL or Postgres
- You like Yoshi
Senior Web Developer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (M.S /Ph.D. in CS a plus)
- UNIX/Linux expert, know your way around a server
- Knowledge of ORM, Active Record
- MySql Expert (complex databases & tuning knowledge)
- Production level website optimization experience (kcachegrind, etc…)
- Experience with Apache, Subversion
- Knowledge of Memcached, RESTful APIs
- Working knowledge of JS, AJAX, Prototype JS framework, XHTML, CSS
